Benefits of Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is a cactus-like plant with leaves that produce a gel rich in vitamins A, C, E, and B12. There are records of it being used as a therapeutic ingredient since 1750 BC.
Aloe vera is easily absorbed into the skin and helps to moisturise, soothe, and hydrate the skin. It has anti-inflammatory properties and supports the production of collagen. It also contains anti-oxidant properties, which can repair sun damage and slows down the skins ageing process.
In addition, there is research to show that aloe vera can increase flexibility and reduce the fragility of the skin.
Benefits of Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a well-known powerful antioxidant with great anti-ageing properties; it is an excellent free radical scavenger that protects skin cells from pollution, UV light, and elements that produce cell-damaging free radicals. The vitamin E in this Kew Gardens Elderflower and Pomelo Hand Wash helps to cleanse and moisturise the skin while keeping it soft, supple and fresh.

How Does Liquid Soap Work?
The purpose of washing is to remove the outer layer of oils and fats that harbour germs and rinse them away from the skin. Soap is a surfactant which means that when used on the hands and body, the soap molecules bind water and oil molecules together. After cleansing with soap, rinsing away the lather takes the oil and germs with it. Read more about how soap works here.
Instructions for Use:
Use the pump to dispense a small amount of the Fig and Grape Hand Wash into your hands. Lather with warm water, and rinse off to leave your hands feeling clean and smelling fragrant. Use within 12 months of opening.
Avoid contact with eyes; if soap gets in the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of warm water. If skin irritation occurs, seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.
