Simply leave the scheduled date blank, enter the recipient’s name, but enter your own email address in the recipient’s email address box. That way, you’ll receive the gift card email immediately, and you can print off the accompanying pdf, to give to the recipient.

The gift card will be emailed to the recipient between 8 am – 10 am on your scheduled date. You can even check the box to receive an email notification that your gift card has been delivered.

That way, you’ll receive the gift card email immediately, and you can print off the accompanying pdf, to give to the recipient.

Terms & Conditions

  • The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • The gift card is an online gift card, delivered digitally via email. We do not currently offer the option of sending a physical gift card to the recipient.
  • Please ensure you enter the correct email address for the recipient. We are not liable for purchased online gift cards that have been emailed to the wrong address.
  • English Soap company Online Gift Cards can only be spent at www.theenglishsoapcompany.com. They will not be accepted on any other online channels, or via our stockists.
  • No refunds after 28 days of purchase unless faulty.
  • Only the buyer of the gift card can request the refund
  • Discount codes and offers do not apply to gift card purchases.
  • Discount codes and offers can be applied to physical items being purchased with a gift card
  • If purchasing physical items on the same order as an online gift card, the shipping cost will be calculated on the physical items only within the shopping cart.

UK Deliveries

Standard delivery is £3.95 for all UK mainland orders under £35. Orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail, anything over this amount will be sent via courier.

Get free shipping when you spend over £35. Order value must be over £35 including any vouchers, coupons or discounts added, in order to be eligible for free shipping. 

If you live outside mainland UK, you will be subject to different delivery costs. Please click here for our UK postage rates. If you have any queries, you can contact us here.

Once your order has been dispatched a confirmation will be sent to the provided registered email address. Orders placed on a bank holiday or weekend will be processed next working day.

International Deliveries

Please note, due to COVID-19, shipments from UK to Europe/ Rest of the World, are experiencing longer delays than usual. Please contact us here if you need further information. Please click here to see a list of countries we ship to and their rates.

Please note only UK orders over £35 will receive free delivery.

Restricted Items

Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship our soy wax candles, eaux de toilette and hand sanitisers outside of the UK. If you live outside of the UK please ensure you do not purchase these products. 

In the event of these products being ordered in error, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund for the restricted items.

Exchanges & Returns

We hope that you will be highly satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason that is not the case then please contact us at info@theenglishsoapcompany.com

If you’d like to return items please contact us within 14 days of purchase. You have a further 14 days to return the items, unused in the original condition along with proof of purchase. Once we’ve received the items we’ll arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days to the person who originally purchased the items.

We will only issue a refund if the product has arrived damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault.

If your parcel appears to have been damaged during transit, please notify us immediately via email. at info@theenglishsoapcompany.com, including photographs of the damaged item(s).
